Bird
Bio
Gene Bird is a multidisciplinary artist whose work blurs the boundaries between photography, video, painting, and sculpture. His practice is driven by a fascination with the unseen—ideas, emotions, and histories that exist beneath the surface of everyday life. Rather than documenting reality, Bird constructs dreamlike environments where memory, identity, and myth intertwine. His work resists linear storytelling, instead creating open-ended visual experiences that invite viewers to engage with shifting meanings and layered interpretations. Through carefully curated compositions and experimental arrangements, he explores how objects, images, and forms can evoke both personal and collective narratives.
